O USO DA ASSOCIAÇÃO DA HOMEOPATIA COM A ELETROACUPUNTURA EM CIRURGIAS DE IMPLANTODONTIA.

RESUMO

O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer um estudo comparativo entre a eficácia do uso da medicação convencional  em pré e pós  operatório e o uso da associação da homeopatia com a eletroacupuntura no controle dos principais eventos relativos ao pré, trans e pós operatório como infecção, inflamação, sangramento e dor.

Em um universo de trinta cirurgias de diferentes níveis de complexidade, foram separados randomicamente  dois grupos de 15 cirurgias. No primeiro, chamado de Grupo I, foi utilizada a medicação convencional incluindo antibióticos, antinflamatórios e analgésicos no pré e pós- operatório.  No segundo, Chamado de Grupo II, foi utilizada a técnica de indução de eletroacupuntura no pré-operatório associado com a medicação homeopática em pré e pós- operatório.  Foram avaliados os seguintes parâmetros de acordo com o grau de severidade: infecção, inflamação, sangramento,  dor e perda de implante.

Os resultados se mostraram superiores no Grupo II em todos os parâmetros, embora favoráveis em ambos os grupos. Considerando-se os aspectos qualitativos, a ocorrência de efeitos colaterais e de hipersensibilidade os resultados foram francamente superiores no Grupo II.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this work is to make a comparative study between the efficacy of the use of the classical medication in pre and post operatory in   surgeries in Implantodontology and the use of the association of the Homeopathy and the Electro Acupuncture in the control of the main elements involved in the pre, trans and pos surgical as  infection, inflammation, bleeding and, pain.

In an universe of thirty surgery of different  complexity  levels , two groups of fifteen surgeries have been  separated by a randomized way. In one of them, called GROUP I,  was used the  medication classically prescript in that kind of surgery including antibiotics, anti inflammatory  and painkillers. The other one, called GROUP II has used the technical of the electro acupuncture induction in pre operatory associated with the use of homeopathic medicines in pos operatory. They have been evaluated the following parameters according a graduation scale of severity: infection, inflammation, pain, bleeding and implant loss.

The results have showed better results in Group II concerning all parameters, although both of them have presented good efficacy in their aims. Considering qualitative aspects and, as the occurrence of side effects and hipper sensitiveness   the patients of GROUP II have presented much better results.
